Origins
The Bellerive Group was BGH as the result of a management buyout of the finance division from the Stenham Group in 2011.
Today we have a global footprint, with offices in London, Guernsey, Alderney, South Africa, Mauritius and Israel. Our bespoke services include managing private equity investments, trade finance, loan syndication and financing from trusteeships to family offices, from foundations to philanthropic endeavours, and more.

Structure and regulatory framework
The main operating companies are Bellerive Finance Limited, Bellerive Global Services Limited, Bellerive Global Trading Limited and Bellerive Capital Limited.
Bellerive Group Holdings Limited, a Guernsey company, is the ultimate parent company.
Trade finance activities are carried out by three companies, Bellerive Finance Limited, Bellerive Global Trading (CY) Limited, and Bellerive Finance (Pty) Limited.
Bellerive Finance Limited, a UK company registered with the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for anti-money laundering purposes, carries on the main trade finance activity of the Group.
Bellerive Global Trading (CY) Limited, a Cyprus-based company, also provides trade finance facilities using special purpose funding instruments.
Bellerive Finance (Pty) Limited, a South African company, carries on trade finance operations operating under a blanket authority for provision of trade finance from the South African Reserve Bank.
Bellerive Global Services Limited, a Guernsey company, provides short-term lending and guarantee facilities. It is licensed by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
Bellerive Finance PCC Limited, a Guernsey protected cell company, provides ringfenced loans and consumer credit. It is licensed by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
Bellerive Capital Ltd, a Guernsey company, is a private equity and joint venture investor.
Bellerive International Services Limited, an Israeli company, looks for opportunities for the wider Bellerive Group.
Bellerive Trust Limited works with our clients and their professional advisors, to design, implement and administer bespoke structures to meet the long-term asset protection, succession planning and business needs of private clients, corporations and institutions.
